Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout.

Order acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

• The item is out of stock
• There is a pricing or product description error
• Payment cannot be authorised
• The order is suspected to be fraudulent

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Installation and use

Many products sold through our shop are intended for installation on specialist or classic vehicles.

Unless otherwise stated, Classic Collective does not provide installation services and cannot be responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation.

Professional installation is recommended where appropriate.

Warranty and liability

Products supplied may be covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Classic Collective’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect losses including labour costs, vehicle downtime, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights under UK law.
