Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If there is any delay with your order we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
UK delivery
Most UK orders are shipped using a tracked courier or Royal Mail service depending on the size and value of the items.
Typical delivery time is 1 to 3 working days once dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays outside our control.
International delivery
We can ship selected products internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the size of the order.
Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges applied by the destination country.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Classic Collective cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and contents.
If a delivery does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
