Product returns policy
Overview
We want you to be confident when ordering parts from Classic Collective. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below and contact our team before sending anything back.
Classic Collective is a trading style of Mezger Limited.
Your right to cancel
If you purchase goods online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing by email within the 14 day period. Once cancellation is confirmed, you then have 14 days to return the goods.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

- Please include your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the return.
- Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by us.

Condition of returned goods
Returned items must:
- Be unused and not fitted or installed
- Be returned in original packaging with all supplied parts and documentation
- Be in a condition suitable for resale
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if goods show signs of installation, use, or damage caused after delivery.
Non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned unless faulty. These may include:
- Special order or bespoke items
- Electrical components once installed
- Fluids, oils, and chemical products that have been opened
- Items that have been fitted or modified
If you are unsure about compatibility before ordering, please contact our team and we will be happy to advise.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive goods that are faulty or supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution which may include:
- Replacement of the item
- Repair where applicable
- Full refund including standard delivery costs
Photographs or additional information may be requested to help us assess the issue.
Refunds
Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 working days for processing after inspection, plus additional time for the payment provider to complete the transaction.
